What Does It Do ?

System incorporates use of the Weld Pin as the measuring system versus material stack-up measuring.

System verifies proper stud length prior to welding
If required, application of “Push-Out” to verify successful weld within same unit.

System programmed to verify proper nut orientation.

System programmed to detect for “nut beside pin” orientation.

Specialized pin design per application to detect the difference between similar threaded/unthreaded nuts.

System programmed to detect for upside down nut orientation.
-
Unit application for either nut or stud on the same machine.

Unit is mounted to main machine and can be incorporated with interchangeable toolings.
